All of my items are handmade to order. Each gift/keepsake is carefully and lovingly designed to make it truly unique, this means I can find you a gift for every occasion.
Every single product is hand printed, by me, using the latest high quality sublimation equipment and techniques. Sublimation is a form of printing, these are not transfers. Sublimation does not fade, crack or peel.
Please always send me large size clear image(s) to work with. Please do not crop images before sending.
To send information for personalized items, please use either Etsy messages or email katiesentimentalgifts@outlook.com to send me photos/information.
Make sure you always include your order number.
With all personalised items, I will send you a proof for you to confirm you are happy before printing.
